  3. Hi. Can I start by saying that you are, by far, my teaching idol. I have been reading your blog for probably a year, year and a half, and I think you are an amazing teacher.

    Ok...sorry for that. :-/

In regards to the question, I would buy either one of those nifty drawer things (the second picture), or the boombox that your iPod/iPhone can plug into. I think both would be great.

  144. What a difficult decision! I think I'd put the money toward a dry-erase easel that I could use to hold my chart paper/anchor charts. But there are just so many other wonderful things to pick from also!! I think I could name about 10 other things I'd love to get from School Outfitters' website.

  148. Congrats!!! You can actually now order things that you wish you could have. How great is that?!
I would lean towards the tech items myself. That docking station looks fab! buzzers would be a great one as well as some really good headphones.
I would figure out which items my kiddos could benefit the most from, write them on slips of paper and put in a bowl...then pick until I reached my $ limit.
    Good luck and enjoy!

  153. I think I would have to get some math and science things. The magnetic ten frame answer boards looked pretty cool. I could also use some new dice for math games.

  162. I just got a cheque for $500.

Sometimes people don't believe me when I tell them about how much you can get filling out paid surveys from home...

So I show them a video of myself getting paid $500 for participating in paid surveys.
