A Teeny Tiny Teacher

Hey chicks and peeps . . . It's Kristin from A Teeny Tiny Teacher!  I was so happy when Farley invited me to join her on this Fun 12 Day Giveaway Extravaganza.  Farley and I go way back . . . I think we met in August through her Currently linky party.  That's a long time, considering I started blogging in July.  Anyways, isn't she great?  Doesn't she make you laugh?  I love how she writes all mixed up with lower case letters when they should be capital letters, and how she makes up all kinds of fun words that make total sense in the end, and should be in the dictionary, but they aren't.  (I don't seem to have the knack for that, but it looks like I have a special knack for loooooong, run-on sentences.)

Anywho, let's get to the good stuff, shall we?  This is a giveaway, after all!

I would love to say that you can have EVERYTHING in my TpT and TN stores but I can't.  I only have one thing in my TpT store and it's free so you can go get it anytime.  You could go right now if you wanted to, but I caution you to wait.  I don't have a TN store at all.  Haven't even tried.  My problem is that I am addicted to DJ Inkers and Diane doesn't let you sell stuff with her clipart on it (but she does let you share it so that's what I do).  Diane and I go way back, too (not really).

So, I am just going to give away what I would want if I were entering a giveaway.

COLD HARD CASH.

IN THE FORM OF A GIFT CARD.

TO TARGET.

IN THE AMOUNT OF $10.

I guess that last part shouldn't be capitalized seeing as how it's only $10.  Another zero or two and it would be worthy of being CAPITALIZED.  BUT . . . remember, you can win $10 from this day AND enter again on the last day for ANOTHER $10.  I don't know what the chances of that are, but surely (and Laverne), there's SOME kind of chance.

Here's what you need to do to enter.  Wouldn't winning come in handy right about now?  With the stress of the holidays and shopping and all of that?  Just think - you could use that $10 to get a big ole bag of chocolate and some gossip magazines for yourself that last, little, perfect stocking stuffer to make a special loved one's holiday complete.  And all because you entered my giveaway.

Rules:
1.  Leave a comment right here on this post (not on my blog) and tell me that you follow me.
2.  Leave a comment right here on this post (not on my blog) and tell me what you would spend $10 on at Target.
3.  Leave a comment right here and tell me anything you want, as long as it's nice and makes me smile, and fills my heart with joy and music and confetti and puppy dog tails and balloons.  Use your imagination. :)
4.  You could blog about this giveaway on your blog and then leave me a comment right here and tell me that you did.  I hate to pressure you into that, though, because that part always makes me uncomfortable when I'm entering a giveaway.  Usually, I have a planned agenda (not really) about what I'm going to post about and another person's giveaway isn't on the lesson plan most days.  So I understand if you decline number four.  Really, I do.  But I thought I'd throw it out there because maybe you have writer's block and need an idea.  As Rachelle would say, Boo-yah!  Now you have an idea.

You should leave all of your comments HERE ON THIS POST  (not on my blog).  I think I've made that pretty clear but I'm just clarifying because I I think I am stuck in teacher mode.

The last day to enter will be midnight on Day 12.

Have fun!  See you on Day 12!

  3. I'll have you know that I have the heart of a true blogger. My power was out from late Wednesday night until late, late Thursday night. STRONG, STRONG wind storms here. I gave up with no computer access (actually blog access) and went to bed. So what am I doing first thing this morning?

  9. I would go to a Target that has a Starbucks and get a Peppermint Mocha {please see my blog for explanation of my Starbucks inclination. Addition doesn't begin to describe what I go through with the Bucks of Star.} Then I would peruse the dollar section for some fantabulous finds. Because they're ALWAYS fantabulous finds in the dollar section at Target!

I have had to stop going to target since i learned they support planned parenthood...that hurt more than giving up starbucks. but if i won, it would be bad to let it go to waste...how is that for rationalization...

  17. After reading your post about the wind I found some awesome weather jokes for you. Just to brighten your day.

Whatever happened to that cow that was lifted into the air by the tornado. Udder disaster!

Out in Kansas, tornadoes often hit with sudden devastation, and without warning. In one case, a house was completely whisked away, leaving only the foundation and first floor. A silver-haired farm lady was seen sitting dazed, in a bathtub, the only remaining part of the house left above the floor. The rescue squad rushed to her aid and found her unhurt. She was just sitting there in the tub, talking to herself.
"It was the most amazing thing ... it was the most amazing thing." she kept repeating dazedly.
"What was the most amazing thing, Ma'am?" asked one of the rescuers.
"I was visiting my daughter here, taking a bath, and all I did was pull the plug and dog-gone-it if the whole house didn't suddenly drain away."

  25. I would like to say that you and your fellow bloggers have changed the way I teach and my attitude towards teaching. I read your blogs and I get inspired to do new, creative activities with my kids. I feel empowered to unchain myself from my teacher's manuals and have a little fun!!! If I hadn't found the blogging world, I would still be doing boring workbook pages/worksheets constantly. So, I thank you for your time and efforts. My students thank you and their parents thank you. My kids love coming to school and that makes us all happy!

  127. Target had some AWESOME flannel owl pjs that I coveted real hard the last time I was in there. But I was good and show self-control and did not put those $40 suckers in my buggy because I was Christmas shopping for OTHERS. Plus they didn't have my size. Maybe if I win this giveaway...

  128. I DO follow you! ...everywhere...

heehee. Kidding, but I do follow you and stalk frequently, in case there was a magical computer error and I wasn't notified of a new post!

I love Target, so I have a real problem deciding what to spend money on there. I think I would spend it on Christmas ornaments! I love love love after Christmas shopping because next year, when I take my decorations out, it will be like opening a new present to myself that I forgot about!

  129. What fun I have reading your blog--so creative! The choices are unlimited at Target, but forced to buy I would get flowers that always make my day even brighter.

  149. The Target card?... why the Dollar Spot of course! I'm convinced that Dollar Spot is a Teacher magnet, others can avoid it but not our special breed...don't you agree? It never fails that when I've finished there I always look to see what others are picking up, just in case I've overlooked something!

  150. Friday, I asked my kiddos to name their favorite Christmas song. Most of my little ones named Rudolph and Jingle Bells, except for one little girl. Her fav was "Mr. Tulip"...of course I asked for a little more info or hum a few bars so we could join in. Her reply was, "You know, Mr. Tulip gave it to me". From My Tulip we ended up with The Twelve Days of Christmas clear as mud, but those moments are what keep us going!
